Hello! My name is Alexis and I am a wife, mother, artist, blogger, and just an overall jack of all trades. I have always loved crafting and learning new things, so logically (with the encouragement of my family and friends) I started Secret Siren Shop. I was so nervous at first to sell the things I made, but once I made that first sale, I was motivated to make more and more. My primary medium is resin, but I love to crochet and paint. I've dabbled in jewelry making, Cricut designs, sketching, beginner macramé, cosplay, upcycling décor items, Diamond Painting, and many other arts and crafts forms. Learning new skills and techniques within the crafting world is such a passion of mine, and I look forward to every new challenge.

Not only am I an artist, I also am a beauty enthusiast. I am not a makeup artist, but I learned so much from watching makeup artists on YouTube. I love makeup and the application process, I just find it so relaxing. I love skin care and nail care even more. I am so passionate about nail care that I started a separate Instagram page just to showcase my love for it. Along those same lines, I am passionate about the well-being of animals, so I chose to transition all my beauty and personal care products to cruelty-free options. I will gladly share cruelty-free (CF) options here and I'll share CF dupes for products that are not CF.

As a mother and wife, I've learned so much about lifestyle, home décor, styling a home to fit my and my family's needs, as well as various life hacks in general. I hope to compile lists and hacks and share them all with you.
